Design story & product details
A thin pale line tracks the surfboard’s length, breaking across its mottled underside before reaching the pointed nose. Around it, pale lavender and darker purple build Drift Allowance into a dense surf study of curling water, directional arrows and tall, narrow title lettering. The graphic gives the Men’s Oversized Heavyweight Crewneck T-Shirt a board-led composition that cuts from lower left toward upper right.
The coastline is not left anonymous: BUSAN appears in outlined, double-inset letters above the spaced words SURFACE STUDY, with 35.1587°N and 129.1604°E worked into the lettering. A small suspension bridge, clustered upright buildings and a tower emerge among waves at the right. SAME OCEAN DIFFERENT LINES gives the board’s route a clear premise, while the looped leash curls left to a shaded cuff.
The mark is made with the logic of a field diagram. Two clipped-corner panels along the base hold flowing lines for WIND and concentric swirls for CURRENT, divided by a compass symbol. Checkerboard blocks frame the panels, and narrow white gaps hold the crowded sections apart. The board’s three fins project through the surrounding wave forms, keeping the route legible inside the dense arrangement.
