Design story & product details
Gray space left at the upper edge and lower corners gives the busy field a boundary before the spray marks begin. Graffiti Ape Pose brings a front-facing cartoon ape into that contrast, with one hand planted on the hip and the other lowered into a tight fist. The Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt carries the character in a bold vector treatment, wearing a magenta cap with a black brim and a fine gold triangle outline at its front.
Magenta wraparound shades cover the eyes, while tan skin is broken by dark, speckled stubble across the lower face and jaw, a small detail that keeps the character from reading as flat. Pink hoodie cords emerge under a mustard-orange zip jacket with rolled cuffs. Orange pants meet a cyan wrist band, striped black, cyan and white socks, and pink-and-cyan high-tops with white soles. Around the figure, magenta, cyan, yellow, orange and black splatter, drips and fast streaks build the graffiti field. There is no readable lettering in the artwork.
