Design story & product details
Coral-red “New York” letters arrive in a deliberately uneven line, each with a white lower band, offset side facets and a firm black edge. Their heavy comic construction gives the title a built-up, sign-like character without flattening the skyline behind it.
Beneath that lettering, the Statue of Liberty is rendered in green, cream and teal, her torch sending a yellow-orange flame into the letterforms. The Harbor City Comic artwork on a Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt keeps her pointed crown, folded robe and rectangular tablet crisply defined with dark contours.
At her left, a tall stepped skyscraper rises; compact towers press in on both sides, with turquoise, blue, cream, orange and red window grids. Orange rectangular tiers widen from the pedestal, while bright green foliage and dark grey stones form a dense ground line.
Cream clouds carry blue undersides in the white openings over the buildings, where small bird silhouettes and an orange airplane interrupt the open space. The flame crossing the title is a small but decisive overlap, joining the monument to the oversized lettering.
