Design story & product details
Broad empty areas within the hook and between the ornaments give Have A Question room to breathe. The design uses the question mark as its main form, with “Have A” in a loose arch and “Question” following the lower edge. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, the lettering and punctuation join in one illustrated composition. The letterforms have a deliberately weathered surface that keeps the formal serif structure from becoming rigid or closed.
- Thick dark-charcoal serif letters carry mottled interiors edged by narrow gold and cream lines; several contain small four-point gold stars.
- The question mark holds distressed rusty red and turquoise patches crossed by fine gold cracks, then layered with gold, cream, and dark borders. Its separate dot repeats the same finish.
- Gold leafy scrolls overlap the mark at its upper left, right edge, and lower tip; curved lines, graduated dots, three pointed starbursts, and two leafy sprays complete the surround.
The long curling tail of the capital Q draws the lower word into the punctuation, while the unfilled sections preserve a deliberate separation between the central mark and its ornament.
