Design story & product details
A few pale blue dots puncture the open upper-right of a broken brush circle, a quiet counterpoint to the black splatter pressing in from the left. Make Today Epic is a basketball illustration for the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, built around a black player silhouette rising on a diagonal with a round ball held overhead in one arm. Ochre and pale cream marks do more than edge the figure: they trace the ball’s curved seams, pick out the face, and break across the jersey in small folds.
- The player’s bent legs drive toward lower right, while one shoe drops toward lower left, giving the airborne pose an uneven pull.
- A pale cream arc runs across the top and right of the circle; ochre completes the left and bottom, while a broad swath cuts behind the torso and hips.
- Thick, irregular white lettering forms Make Today over Epic, crossing the legs with a soft gray shadow.
The mostly empty right-hand interior leaves room around the raised arm and ball. A curved black sweep at left echoes the circle’s movement without fully closing it.
