Design story & product details
The three-line phrase Not Today Chaos fills nearly the entire gray field in bold serif display letters. Solid mustard-yellow faces are bounded by thick black contours, while deep magenta-pink sides push each character into a stacked, blocklike plane. The artwork appears on the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt as a compact wall of type.
The words crowd each other from line to line, with slight overlaps that leave very little air between Not, Today, and Chaos. One small detail changes the letterforms: both O counters, in Not and Chaos, hold black-outlined four-point diamond stars.
A fine yellow ring threads behind and around the type, beginning low at the left, crossing through the middle, then sweeping away toward the upper right. Four-point sparkles punctuate the upper-left space, the right side, and lower right; eight-point stars add larger marks at upper right and lower left.
Flat gray remains visible only in narrow breathing areas at the top corners and along the lower margins. The phrase is English, with an everyday refusal of disorder, but its visual treatment keeps the words densely interlocked and dimensional.
