Design story & product details
Hot pink pushes against yellow, cyan and black in Paw Power Electric Cats, a packed cartoon punk-metal scene built from three feline faces and crossed guitars. Heavy angular PAW POWER lettering runs along the top in yellow, carrying pink shading, black outlines and a fine cyan edge; its O is replaced by a pink paw print. At left, the patched white, orange and black cat has mismatched blue and pink-red eyes, an open mouth and a pink tongue. The black-and-white cat at upper right answers with oversized yellow eyes and its tongue extended. Orange-yellow guitars cut diagonally through the lower portion, while lightning, stars and spikes use almost every remaining gap.
On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the artwork keeps its busy, poster-like arrangement intact, including the smaller black-and-white cat in a purple studded jacket with a yellow bell. A black banner closes the composition with ELECTRIC CATS in ragged lettering shifting from pink to yellow, with a yellow paw print on each side. The lettering is English: PAW POWER ELECTRIC CATS. The overlapping faces, instruments and jagged marks leave little quiet space in the frame.
