Design story & product details
Turquoise lettering and linework press against white interiors, making Read The Water feel densely built from its own contours. The Men’s Oversized Heavyweight Crewneck T-Shirt carries a stacked typographic composition whose rows are held apart by slim white channels. A curved ribbon encloses “Jeju Coast” at the top, with striped tails extending from each side.
“Read” fills the upper field, “The” crosses the middle, and “Water” stretches through the lower row. Thick outlines, curved serifs, tapered strokes, and long sweeping extensions cause the letterforms to weave into one another. Parallel turquoise contours follow their edges, while diagonal hatching gathers densely around the shaded sections.
Scattered speckles interrupt the white letter interiors, preventing the composition from becoming too clean. Two outlined four-point stars flank “The,” a small detail that mirrors the sharp angles appearing between the larger curved forms.
At the bottom, the double-bordered plaques read “Wind First” and “Swell Second” in condensed bold capitals. Short horizontal hatch marks close each plaque, echoing the striped ribbon tails overhead.
