Design story & product details
Tiny yellow windows puncture the black towers, a small detail that keeps the city legible beneath the larger marks. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, “Rise Above, Fly Free” brings a hot-air balloon, skyline, bridge, water, clouds, and ornate type into one illustrated scene. Its balloon has golden yellow, cream, and black vertical panels; fine lines draw down to a crosshatched basket, while a yellow sun disc sends narrow rays through cloud cover.
- Clouds carry grey stippled shading and overlap parts of the skyline and the lettering, softening the hard black building silhouettes.
- Horizontal streaks describe the water beneath a suspension bridge, with the bridge held between the dark towers.
- “Hope” appears in oversized serif letters with cream-to-gold fills, fine gold outlines, and heavy black offset shading; long curling swashes cross and surround it.
A curved black ribbon supplies the smaller wording, with widely spaced cream capitals reading “Through” and “Rise Above, Fly Free,” separated by dots. The ribbon completes the message without crowding the open outer corners and lets the dense illustration retain its sense of air around the edges.
