Design story & product details
Several detached oval marks hover below the broken ground strokes, a small interruption beneath the wider image. Solitary Bloom is a black-and-white illustration for the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, built around a tall tree and a lone figure placed near its narrow trunk. The tree’s lower branches appear as fine white lines before disappearing into the canopy, while pale edging keeps the figure and trunk legible against the dark forms.
At the canopy’s edge, the white stippling gathers into an uneven circular rim, never resolving into a smooth outline. Within it, thin pale contours make enclosed, irregular compartments; scattered dots and small rings leave pockets of white between the black areas. The human silhouette faces right with a lowered head, rounded hair, and a straight-sided coat ending above two short exposed legs. Broad white space remains around the lower trunk and figure, allowing the fractured horizontal ground to stop and restart beneath them.
