Design story & product details
South Korea Hongdae Street builds its largest form from two arched rows of bubble lettering: South Korea. Thick black contours, a light-blue echo line and stacked black-to-charcoal shadows give the words a deliberately layered edge. Cream and peach-tan fills alternate from letter to letter, while darker orange strokes move through their interiors. On the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, the lettering remains clear because the surrounding teal-green spray marks break away from the space directly behind the main words.
A five-point crown, colored tan-orange and edged in black, is centered over the U and T of South; its two looping sides finish in small round tips. Beneath the main arch, Hongdae Street uses compact white block lettering on a slight rise, followed by a narrow curved underline. The splatter field is heaviest near the outer edges, leaving the inner field open so every filled letter retains its separation.
- Small diamond cutouts break the crown band.
- Dark teal-green marks include scattered drips as well as irregular splatter blotches.
- The underline is a thin black and light-blue double curve.
