Design story & product details
Distressed tan lettering gives the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt a worn signboard edge, with cracked marks breaking through the upward arch of Urban Style. A heavy black contour keeps that weathered title clear against the flat grey field.
Under original & authentic and since 1980, the comic portrait brings two figures into one frame: a spiky-haired man in an open pale jacket and pink shirt, with a red belt buckle, and a woman behind him in round dark glasses, her chin resting on her hand. Palm fronds and a soft yellow disc form the backdrop to their heads.
Two teal stars, each traced in a fine red-orange line, hold the middle ground at either side without crowding the grey. The angled red-orange script across the figures reads the freedom to live genuinely, driven by individual values and desires, free from the constraints of social conventions or external pressures; its white interior and black shadow make the long message legible.
Hong DoAE appears within the lettering as a romanised Korean place reference to Hongdae, the area associated with Hongik University. Three compact white lines close the lower margin, giving the composition a poster-like finish.
