Design story & product details

The barrier arm is already down, and a street lamp glows beside it as a black-hulled ship with an anchor on its bow squeezes between two raised bridge leaves. Heavy blackletter runs over the scene: That’s a very large excuse, followed by for being late in small type, like a mumbled afterthought.

It’s the joke every drawbridge commuter has made, drawn like an old engraving on a pullover hoodie. Give it to the coworker who crosses a drawbridge and always walks in ten minutes behind.
