Design story & product details
Muted olive and grey-green meet cream and very dark brown in a tree study built from fine, deliberate strokes. Three overlapping trees form a tall, irregular silhouette, led by a broad central trunk whose twisting vertical grooves continue into spreading roots and a dense crown. Cream-coloured clusters interrupt the dark olive foliage, while open gaps leave the exposed branches and trunk structure clear. Small grasses and leafy shoots collect at the joined bases, making the ground line feel connected without becoming a solid patch. Fine dark strokes also pick out individual leaf edges.
In Arboretum Study, the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt carries a left-hand pale trunk with short dark horizontal marks, fine branches, and pointed leaves that hang lightly from them. The shorter tree at the other side leans outward on thick forked limbs beneath lobed leaf clusters, so it does not dissolve into the central canopy. Bark marks remain visible even where foliage becomes dense; that restraint gives the drawing its particular rhythm.
