Design story & product details
Cyclamen Contour is drawn in flowing black cursive, with thin strokes joining letters that widen and narrow as they move through the lower third. Tall looping ascenders reach into the curling stems, making the wording part of the botanical drawing. The letters remain ink outlines, with the cream paper texture visible within their turns.
At the top right, five dusty pink petals twist upward around the cyclamen flower. Black contours trace their edges and sketch the veins inside, while the watercolor wash leaves small visible gaps against the outline. Those uneven separations give the flower a different rhythm from the continuous sweep of the script.
Two heart-shaped leaves carry olive-green and sage washes, marbled with variegation and crossed by pale vein lines. The larger leaf spreads through the left-center area; the smaller one extends toward the lower right, each held within a black contour. On the Premium Wooden Framed Poster, these leaves and the pink flower form a botanical wall print against textured cream.
Thin black stems curl downward into loops, gathering with the lettering near the bottom while the upper area and side margins remain mostly open. It suits someone who likes botanical drawings with visible pen lines and loose watercolor.
