Grey makes the navy, white and teal lettering read with a hard-edged, painted contrast in Asphalt Ocean Journey. On the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, a tattooed young man balances with his back to us on a cream-and-black café racer, turning a familiar bike silhouette into the scene’s surfboard. His cream splattered shirt, rolled jeans and white sneakers continue the pale tones of the machine.
The rider’s arms are inked individually on both sides, and his stance lands over a motorcycle with a round headlight, chrome engine and fine spoked wheels. The kickstand remains down beneath it, a deliberately grounded note in an image built around motion. Distressing across the cream tank keeps the bike from reading as a flat fill.
“RIDE THE WAVE” is built in navy graffiti blocks, with thick white edging, teal shadowing and drips released from the lower edges. A small script “the” bridges the larger words. Beneath, “Surfing the Asphalt Ocean” moves in teal and cream cursive, its loops and underline swash crossing into the motorcycle and figure; the closing “JOURNEY OF THE ALONE” holds the base in white outlined capitals. The lettering is English.
