Design story & product details
The grey background stays empty, giving the flowers, fern fronds and lettering room around their edges. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, the artwork turns a brain into three planted sections, separated by grey gaps and held together by a dark blue outline. A cream ring edged in red and blue circles the brain like a planet’s ring, crossing the botanical divisions with one continuous curve.
- The left lobe holds red peonies and buds among green leaves. One large, open flower reveals a yellow centre, a small distinction within the dense cluster of petals.
- A narrow column of golden-yellow dahlias fills the middle lobe, while green fern fronds spread through the right. Curled fiddleheads and a few red buds give that section a different rhythm. Red numerals in cream circles mark the three lobes as 1, 2 and 3.
- Busy In Here climbs upward to the right beneath the brain. Its tall, condensed cream letters carry blue inline stripes, blue outlines and red drop shadows, with a second cream-and-blue swoosh underneath.
Fine halftone dots run through the illustration and lettering, bringing the petals and striped letters into the same textured finish. It suits someone who enjoys botanical drawings with a dry visual joke.
