A big print like this holds its fine detail on the soft face of a hoodie, so the frost on those chunky letters and the copper glints along the dome hinges stay sharp. The line reads COATS STAY ON. THE ROOF COMES OFF., and that’s the whole joke of winter astronomy: the observatory dome splits wide open to the cold sky while three bundled stargazers in parkas and beanies stand on a snowy grate and wait for dark.
