Design story & product details

Deep aubergine blackletter sits heavy against cream pages and slate-blue sweater wool, and that contrast is what got me. The words look grand and old-fashioned. Below them, a woman with a messy bun is curled on a park bench, seen from behind, calmly marking a cutting line in her novel.

The short pen strokes on her page echo the brushstroke under the word twice, a sly wink on a heavyweight crewneck tee. Give it to the book club friend who annotates every insult.
