Design story & product details
Midnight Departure is built around a cream-skinned woman in a sleeveless black V-neck dress, its cinched waist opening into long flared folds. The Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt carries her as the dominant figure, with sculpted black curls, black heels below the hem, and a gold trumpet angled downward from her left hand. A rectangular tan suitcase balances the other side.
Behind her, dense cream-and-black buildings recede through a city scene marked by two spired towers, ornate streetlamps, and two rounded cars. Thin gold arcs and musical notes travel through the open upper spaces. One vertical black sign carries JAZZ in gold capitals, a small but clear architectural detail within the packed streetscape.
The lower edge is made as densely as the skyline. Oversized gold JAZZ and CITY lettering uses heavy black edging, narrow cream highlights, tall contrasting strokes, and curled terminals. IN THE appears in smaller cream letters on a black ribbon between the larger words, completing the artwork’s verified phrase: JAZZ JAZZ IN THE CITY.
