The words “Noted. Ignored.” are drawn as a compact clash between two weights of coloured type. Noted. runs nearly straight in bright blue, its heavy slab serifs and black perimeter making each tightly packed letter feel block-built. The small square stop after the D is blue too, edged in black like the letters. Below it, Ignored. opens into a broad raspberry-pink curve. Its O rises to the crest, and the I at one side and final D at the other lean downward as the word reaches out. White counters stay visible within the dense letterforms, preventing the bold outlines from closing the words in. The upper row stays notably narrower, so the lower word pulls the design outward.

Embroidery on the Classic Dad Hat follows the artwork’s deliberately uneven rhythm: the two lines press close around the middle, then leave room under the pink arch and beyond its ends. The final pink stop is not a round dot; it is a tipped square near the lower right. That small shift echoes the slanted outer letters and gives the declarative phrase a measured graphic finish.
