Design story & product details
Large Retro lettering crowds the middle in heavy cream and black outlines, its red, yellow and teal faces pushed by striped offset shadows. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the word anchors a dense field of overlapping vintage objects, leaving almost no quiet ground around it.
A black camera with cream trim and a teal lens crosses orange rotary telephone shapes near the upper edge. A tilted teal square contains a black record, where fine circular grooves circle an orange centre; beneath, a black cassette carries a cream label marked by orange stripes. Coral-framed sunglasses run across a black typewriter with round cream keys, while the lower right brings in an orange, yellow and cream van with long boards on its roof. Tiny bordered scenes bring palms, water, mountains and conifers into the mix.
The composition is built through collisions: objects overlap the letters, borders interrupt color fields, and black linework holds the separate images together.
