Design story & product details
Open space around the lower trunk gives Rooted Cherry Blossom room to show its exposed root system. The Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt carries an illustrated cherry tree whose thick brown trunk divides into crooked limbs before the canopy becomes densely worked.
The bark is not handled as a flat brown mass. Dark grooves wind through the twisting trunk, while fine tan marks follow the braided turns of the wood; the roots repeat that tapered, reaching rhythm and leave a quieter field around their edges.
Pink blossom clusters gather on the branches, with the largest five-petalled flowers appearing through the upper growth and at both sides of the middle canopy. Their pale petal edges lead inward to reddish centres and slender radiating stamens. Between them are oval buds, dark at their tips and streaked lighter, plus detached curved petals.
Olive-green pointed leaves introduce a second texture: brown shading, pale centre veins, and fine diagonal lines are all visible within their small forms. Branches, buds, and foliage build the upper area closely, while the trunk remains easier to read below. There is no visible lettering.
