Design story & product details
Surf The Waves starts in tall, heavy condensed capitals, their dark teal fill interrupted by pale inset lines, fine olive edging, and worn speckles. The small word The is held between the larger words by a short underline, while a clean band of white space leaves the headline distinct from the illustration. On the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, that lettering introduces a coastal surf scene with a deliberately poster-like arrangement. The contrast between compact type and the broad wave keeps every word legible.
Layered dark teal, turquoise, and pale mint strokes form the wave as it curls from the right and across the lower edge. Its central opening frames a crouching surfer in silhouette, edged in orange and balanced on an orange pointed board with one arm raised. At left, dark palms and a low shoreline meet horizontal yellow and orange sky bands. The composition ends in rounded lower corners.
