Design story & product details

Nothing moves here. A lifter lies on a flat bench, holding the loaded bar still against his chest at the bottom of a paused press. Cracked block letters above him read The Pause Is Part of the Lift, with pause and lift in brick red. The low angle pushes his worn sneaker sole into the foreground, and that detail puts this long sleeve tee right on the gym floor.

Anyone who has held a slow count with a bar on their chest will get it. Give it to a powerlifter heading into a first meet.
