"Autumn Lane Swimmer" Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt

Under every fallen leaf there is a short blue ripple, a single curved stroke that tells you the leaf is floating and not falling. That small mark is what turns the artwork on this long sleeve tee into a pool in October: a front-crawl swimmer seen from directly overhead, cutting a diagonal through water covered in maple and oval leaves in rust red, burnt orange and mustard.

The swimmer is drawn in flat tan-orange with darker ochre hatching across the shoulder blades and upper arm, so the back reads as working muscle. One arm reaches ahead and ends in a narrow point of white foam. The other is bent high over the head, mid-recovery, with the fingers angled down toward the water. A navy cap carries a few pale blue streaks of reflected light, and a thin strap line crosses its lower edge. Navy and mid-blue water clings only around the body, with speckled white foam tracing the shoulders and the leading arm. Two lane ropes of ribbed navy and red floats run parallel to the stroke on either side, which keeps the whole scene in its lane.
