Design story & product details
Captain Your Course opens with a painted woman taking the left half: on the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, she grips a curved red-orange wheel while her other hand rests at her hip. Windswept brown hair, marked by gold streaks, crosses blue sky patches and cream clouds behind her. Her red lips, teal collared shirt, pale shorts, and dark red belt sharpen the painted figure.
The wording gives the scene its course. Solid red Sail appears at the upper right, followed by small with and larger Strength. Beneath it, teal lines read Wind in, Your, and Sails, each stepping across its own line. A broad cream interval leaves the two groups separate, so the red and teal do not compete with the figure and rigging.
Heavy rounded brush-script letters lean to the right without visible outlines, giving the wording a firm hand-painted edge. Cream boat panels press in around the lower edge, broken by dark recesses and diagonal ropes that cross the composition. The cream field is not perfectly clean: faint tan scuffs interrupt it, while the pale sail and patches of sky retain the layered painted texture.
