Design story & product details
White gaps inside the counters and around the outer edge keep the crowded lettering from closing in on itself. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, Paint Splash Lettering builds “Hongdae Style” from two rows of oversized, forward-slanting letters, where thick black contours and dark offset shadows give each uneven character a cutout sense of depth.
“Hongdae” is the common Korean name for the area around Hongik University, so the lettering reads as Hongdae Style.
