Design story & product details
Sacred Workshop is built around the words Jesus Was A Carpenter, arranged as a dense stack that presses toward the edges of the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt. Jesus and Carpenter are the largest forms, with tall cream serif capitals framed by black contours and deep dark-brown extruded shadows. Fine tan lines run inside the lettering, while white openings remain between the crowded elements.
A brown hammer handle cuts diagonally behind the central ribbon, rising from left to right into a dark gray claw head. The smaller words Was A appear in dark brown on the curled, wood-grained cream ribbon, whose ends are held by a round metal-colored stud. That hardware detail gives the ribbon the feel of a fixed workshop label instead of a loose banner.
The mark combines sign-like lettering with worn material cues. Slender ochre ornaments terminate in four-point diamonds within several letter strokes, and gray-brown scuffs break up the cream surfaces. Curled wood shavings and small angular chips gather around the hammer and ribbon, carrying the woodwork idea through the spaces left by the oversized type.
