Description
Ink lays down in structured layers across the heavyweight crewneck, with navy and mustard-gold creating a thorough, two-tone effect. The artwork begins with a curved line of block serif capitals outlined in gold, arching above a harbor—trawlers, dense towers, a distant mountain, and the lift of a bridge, all illuminated by a gold-rayed sun touching the horizon. Mending hands, shown with precise cross-hatch, pull a shuttle through a detailed net; gold floats and a substantial bollard bound in rope bracket the hands. A thread spool sits offside, not immediately spotted unless you follow the rope. At the frame’s base, BUSAN / FIRST LIGHT is set inside a ribbon, flanked by small round lighthouse vignettes. The composition is bounded by thick gold rope and anchor-knot corners, while compass-medallions at each midpoint ground the border. Fine stippling gives texture to the hands and harbor scene, with gold fill highlighting the lower-reflecting water. “THE MENDED NET” heading and all other English words appear as drawn; there is no Korean text here.
