Design story & product details
Black lettering and charcoal featherwork form the darker frame for the white blade, pale wing edges, and outlined type. “BATTLE” is built from slanted strokes that overlap each other, crossing the upper portion of “ANGEL,” whose broad serif letters hold black interiors inside white borders. Beneath them, the smaller outlined capitals read “MIGAHAEL.” Battle Angel is an English phrase describing a fighting angel, while MIGAHAEL is preserved exactly as shown in the artwork.
The Winged Sword Guardian artwork on the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt brings an armored, helmeted figure forward, both hands stacked around a vertical sword handle. Its bright blade runs into a heap of sharp, angular rocks, while dark cloth opens behind the legs and loose rock fragments drift nearby. Enormous wings rise on either side before dropping around the armor: pale outer feathers overlap a densely packed charcoal interior. Scrollwork is worked through the shoulder plates, chest, and leg guards. A narrow white interval remains between the helmet and the wing tips as they bend inward, keeping the head clearly separated from the surrounding feathers.
