"Boards Above the Tide" Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt

Description

Grey and mustard set the tone, with a sweep of geometric Art Deco lettering fractured into faceted shapes, its wedge forms alternating blue, black, cream, and yellow in a rhythm that draws out the sunburst-shell effect. The large first word fills nearly two thirds of the surface before folding around a second, finer line, making the upper portion densely typographic. A careful eye catches the subtle way the alternate fills echo the surf’s repetitive lines below.

Central to the artwork is a semicircular mustard sun, banded and partly veiled behind three surfers wading towards open water, their boards held overhead. Variations in crosshatching on arms and shoulders mark the slick wetness of skin, carrying light from the left.
