Design story & product details
Heavy black condensed letters give Milk Toast Study its first blunt read: Milk / Peanut is tightly packed in slab-solid type with a slight grain. Archive Snack Dept. appears in smaller stencilled black lettering with a blue underline, while Collection 26 is held in white inside a blue rectangle. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, the artwork turns a snack still life into an annotated graphic study.
- A tall clear glass of cream-coloured milk carries a shih tzu face within a dark navy circle. Its black linework and white highlights make the dog read as an image contained by the glass, not a figure behind it.
- The lower scene brings in a toast slice swirled with brown peanut butter, a metal knife held by a cropped hand, and broken peanut shells. A small barcode and the P.B. Series 26 project label give the food image an archival footing.
- The white circular badge uses crosshair ticks and red corner plus marks around its printed-not-real message. Blue diagonal rules recur beneath Glass Print Study and beside the lower labels.
Empty gray space around the badge keeps the page from becoming a full field of information. At the base, Printed. Not Real. is followed by a smaller line naming surface, perception, and hunger.
