Description
On this unisex jersey tank, patchwork lettering runs along the top and base with strong, angular cuts and a deliberate alternation between orange fill and textured black. The sense of movement in the type mirrors the drawing at center—where a rider, angled forward, guides a bicycle along a river path. The sun’s orange reflection picks up the color scheme, cutting across the water and low clouds just as geometric lines cut through the text.
Both sides of the path are filled with pointed, arching grass motifs that echo the vertical energy of the far-off silhouetted skyline. The tightly grouped, geometric words are packed close both letter-to-letter and line-to-line, tying the overall layout together into an organized but energetic field. There are no slogans beyond the artwork’s own phrase—a direct depiction of a riverside journey at dusk.
