Design story & product details
White openings inside the tall letterforms and the open loops of the scrollwork keep Workshop Faith from reading as a solid block. The artwork spells Jesus Was A Carpenter in cream serif capitals, arranged around a diagonally rising woodgrain plank. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, that sign-painter structure gives the religious message the visual language of a working bench: outlined letters, offset depth, and hand-tool imagery held in a tight, deliberate cluster.
- Fine gold lines run inside the cream strokes, while dark outlines, brown shadow layers, and black scuffs interrupt their polished edges.
- A gray claw hammer crosses the plank at left; its wooden handle travels down toward the right beneath the smaller middle words.
- At right, a brown hand plane reveals a gray blade, with tan shavings curling around both tools and leafy gold-brown flourishes.
The pointed serifs and curled terminals echo the curls in the shavings, a small link that makes the lettering and carpentry tools feel drawn as one composition. The words are in English and mean exactly what they say: Jesus worked as a carpenter.
