Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please review the conditions and steps below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items that have been opened, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, product name, and photos (if damaged/defective).
  • Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable service. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.

Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a prepaid return label is not provided, any return shipping you pay is not refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we’ll provide next steps.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may receive a gift credit. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
